Paul has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and site development, with expertise in designing and managing master-planned communities from conceptual phase through construction. Paul has worked on projects throughout the state of Arizona with numerous jurisdictions and agencies. With a life-long passion for sports, he knows what it means to be a team player and a team leader. He values working with clients and other stakeholders to maximize a parcel’s potential and carry it across the finish line.
