Phil Reimer

If you had asked Phil Reimer if he would end up working in Survey, he would have laughed and said no. But, with a background in math, he turned it into a career. Phil’s favorite aspects of his career path are building relationships and helping others reach their full potential. The fun tools and ever-changing technology in land surveying are also great aspects of the job that has helped keep him motivated for over 40 years. He has a variety of experience including public and private boundary surveys, legal descriptions, American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, FEMA flood surveys and certificates, topographic surveys, Bathymetric Surveys, and construction surveys.

In addition to his day job, Phil shares his knowledge and passion as an adjunct professor at Great Basin College and has been a lecturer for Northern Arizona University’s Engineering program. He also serves as an instructor for local Land Surveyor associations to further professional development and training within the industry.
