Ron utilizes his 35 years of planning, engineering, and construction management experience to add value to clients’ projects, while mentoring and growing the HILGARTWILSON staff. From the initial planning and entitlement, through design and construction, he enjoys guiding employees in finding unique solutions to project challenges. The depth of his experience and relationships with public and private clients has allowed him to become a great advocate in obtaining agency buy-in without compromising project value.
