Ty Wilson

Ty was destined to be in the civil engineering industry!  With his grandfather starting the heavy-equipment program at Central Arizona College, and his father (Darrell) being a civil engineer prior to Ty even being born, one could say it is in his genes. Keeping with family tradition, Ty received his civil engineering degree from ASU. After college, he went to work for a heavy civil construction company (Pulice Construction) where he helped complete a six-mile segment of the Loop 303 Freeway. Ty ultimately switched over to the design side of development and joined his father at HILGARTWILSON. His field experience coupled with his interest in the dynamics of development has fueled the past nine years of design and project management here at HILGARTWILSON. Ty specializes in master-planned communities, residential in-fill, and site development projects.
