PROJECT DESCRIPTION
400-acre industrial development with Walbridge for manufacturing zero-emission battery-electric and hydrogen-electric vehicles, most notably Class 8 semi-trucks
The four-phased greenfield manufacturing plant is expected to exceed 1.5 million square-feet upon its completion in 2024
The initial phase of the facility will be aimed at assembly and testing of Nikola’s hydrogen/battery-electric semi-trucks. This includes a 270,000 square foot assembly building, a half mile test track, an 18,000 square foot battery storage building and all ancillary grading, paving and utility improvements

Creative design solutions for the water, wastewater, grading and drainage needs to meet rapid development schedule
Construction staking for the general contractor leading the project (Walbridge) and a host of sub-contractors that are onsite
Design on behalf of Global Water Resources for a well site, 6,000 LF of raw water line and a 2- acre water campus to serve the project’s potable and fire water needs
Project representation on a host of regional infrastructure planning, dry utility needs and irrigation district coordination
