Lot 107 – 82,288 square-foot aviation hangar with 4 bays and administrative and conference space that opens directly to the aprons and runways of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport
HIGHLIGHTS
Winner of the 2021 RED Award for Best Industrial Project under 200k square feet
Runway-facing and Runway-adjacent sites required extra coordination with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Federal Aviation Administration and Mexico’s Administracion General de Aduana
