PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Superstition Vistas is a master-planned community that is currently in Phase 1, with a proposed 2,783-acre master-planned community consisting of
10,940 single family units, 443,500 SF of non-residential space,
five Community/District Parks, 10-acre public facility site (library,
fire station), schools, and 417 acres of parks and open space.

Engineering services to date have included preliminary civil infrastructure evaluation, surveying, mass grading plans, final plat, improvement plans for Phase 1A, Phase 1B, off-site infrastructure plans, water campus and transmission main design.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • 3.2-million-gallon cast-in-place concrete water storage tank and booster pump station. The storage tank will measure 104 feet by 204 feet by 25 feet deep. It will be completely buried, so it does not obstruct views of the Superstition Mountains.
  • 3.5 miles of transmission and distribution water main
  • LOMR involved FLO-2D program to process FEMA
  • 1,200 units of development are completed
