The Design-Bid-Build Team on the EPCOR Luke 303 North Sewer Trunk Main project! The project won a Build Arizona Award from the Arizona Chapter Associated General Contractors of America Inc. HILGARTWILSON designed the 6.5 miles of gravity sewer main (15” to 30”) to extend EPCOR’s wastewater infrastructure to areas immediately north and west of Luke Air Force Base, near Loop 303 in Glendale. We worked with Achen-Gardner Construction on the job and provided Engineer of Record and construction management support on behalf of EPCOR. Our Manager of Water Infrastructure, Mark Ipson, attended the awards ceremony with Kristin Peck, our Marketing Manager, and accepted the award with EPCOR and Achen-Gardner.
