Sheila provides strategic planning, environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental remediation, and health and safety instruction. She has prepared environmental reviews under NEPA and Clean Water Act Section 404 permits, which have included jurisdictional determinations, nationwide and individual permits, state water quality certifications, and compensatory mitigation plans.
