HILGARTWILSON, a civil engineering, planning, land surveying, environmental services, and construction management firm, is seeking a Construction Coordinator for our Construction Management Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a team player. Position has opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities. Knowledge of construction contracting is desirable but not required.
HILGARTWILSON has extensive experience providing services on many of the Valley’s largest and most prestigious master planned communities; retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed use developments and public works projects.
Responsibilities:
- Job cost tracking
- Maintaining detailed budgets in Microsoft Excel
- Preparation of complex project bills
- Monitor lien waivers for projects
- Track a variety of tasks in multiple projects
- Assist in writing of proposals, work orders and reports
- Prepare documentation for new projects
- Due diligence and research
- Create and update project schedules and flow charts
- Copying/filing/scanning duties
- Keep teams in tune with company filing standards
- Run copies and create project booklets as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, accounting or coordination-related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization skills, efficiency, dependability, teamwork, customer service skills, “can do” attitude
- Strong Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
- Proficient in all other MS Office products and Adobe Suite
- Typing proficiency of 50+ wpm
