HILGARTWILSON, a civil engineering, planning, land surveying, environmental services, and construction management firm, is seeking to hire a Site Development Project Manager to become a part of our growing civil engineering design team involved in a variety of private sector projects. This position within our Site Development Group develops engineering plans and all project elements for many exciting and unique commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the preparation of design reports, design plans, and other documents
- Responsible for quality control, schedules and oversight of plan production
- Delegates work and gives team technical guidance assuring design is technically sound and cost efficient
- Coordinates with team members, staff, municipalities, consultants and clients
- Provides highly technical design and quality control
- Processes plans with the local jurisdiction
- Responsible for project billing, project proposals and client satisfaction
- Mentors dedicated design staff in areas of technical expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years civil engineering experience with public and/or private entities
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in AZ or ability to obtain in AZ within 6 months
- Strong technical skills and capable of preparing design on site development projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Displays strong judgement and organizational skills

- Self-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple critical deadlines
