Water services included:

• Design of over 4,500 feet of 24-inch offsite water transmission main with cathodic protection
• Design of over 8,000 feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch public water mains
• Design of over 2,500 feet of 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch private water mains

Sewer services included:

• Design of over 4,000 feet of 6-inch to 15-inch public wastewater gravity sewer mains
• Design of over 1,100 feet of 4-inch to 8-inch private wastewater gravity sewer mains
• Design of a small, private lift station with associated 1,650 feet of 4-inch force main
