CANYON SPRINGS BOULEVARD BRIDGE

Located near the northern boundary of Sun City Festival, this 90-foot wide three span bridge extends 336-feet across the Central Arizona Project Canal.

At completion, it will serve as access into the North Star Ranch development, adjacent to Sun City Festival.

The Project includes grading of 18-acres of land with drainage improvements, design and of a half-mile of roadway to continue Canyon Springs Blvd across the canal, the installation of 2,000 linear feet of 16” water main, and the installation of 2,000 linear feet of electrical and communication service.

Construction services include notice of bid award, dust control permits, SWPPP permitting, contractor coordination and scheduling, field observations, reporting, billing, contractor walk-through, final letters of acceptance, project records and engineer of record services.
